He was born in Felicia Santa Fe's Province, Argentina on November the 7th, in 1926.
Son of Lorenzo Rocchia and Margarita Rosa Pasquale.
He got married on September the 17th, in 1953 with Ilda Maria Minetti, in Sarmiento Santa Fe´s ¨rovince.
Of this marriage two children were born, Miguel Angel and Adriana Ilda.
He died on September the 27th, in 1994.
