He was born in Felicia Santa Fe's Province, Argentina on August the 5th, in 1923.
Son of Lorenzo Rocchia and Margarita Rosa Pasquale.
He got married in first nuptials with Catherine Ferro.
Of this marriage three children were born, Jorge Alberto, Elvio Gustavo y Alejandra Sandra.
He got married in second nuptials with Irene Martinez.
Of this marriage two children were born, Elvio Cristian and Maria Felicitas.
He got married in third nuptials with Marisa Corral.
Of this marriage one son was born, Rafael.
He died in the Capital Federal on June the 14th, in 2004. Their Rest is in the Rafaela city.
