He was born in Santa Fe, Argentina on June in the 1^th, in 1950.
Son of Atilio Vicente Ropolo and Maria Riquela Masnaghi.
He got married on February in the 24^th, in 1978 with Cristina Monica Bonessa.
Of this marriage three children were born, José Ignacio, Maria de los Angeles and Federico Osvaldo.
Actually He lives in Santa Fe in Argentina.
